Job summary
A private real estate investment firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-million projects including Bungalows and Detached Houses. The successful candidate will lead project planning, feasibility studies, and construction oversight, ensuring safety and quality across all stages. This role requires a degree in Architecture and 2–4 years of relevant project management experience. A competitive salary of $5,000 - $6,000 plus bonuses is offered.

- 2-4 years of Project Management experience in Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies and concept proposals in line with URA zoning.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, from design submissions to construction supervision.
- Foster collaboration across teams and implement project management frameworks.

Adecco is partnering with a Private Real Estate and Investment Management Company focusing on Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties.
- Project Planning & Feasibility - Lead feasibility studies and concept proposals in line with URA zoning, coordinating with consultants to evaluate project viability, financial returns, and alignment with investment objectives.
- Design & Construction Oversight - Drive end-to-end project execution, from design submissions and tendering to construction supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion with all authority approvals.
- Leadership & Process Excellence - Foster collaboration across teams, implement project management frameworks, and champion continuous improvement for operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Degree in Architecture or relevant discipline
- 2 - 4 years Project Management experience in Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties
