Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their Technology team. In this role, you will expand the company's presence within the tech sector by connecting with clients and providing tailored talent solutions. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring excellent placements. Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in Technology team, you will play a key role in expanding Adecco’s presence within the technology sector. You’ll connect with new and existing clients, build trusted partnerships, and deliver effective talent solutions that address their business needs.

At the same time, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening top talent to ensuring successful placements and excellent candidate experiences.

This is a dynamic role that combines client relationship management, consultative selling, and hands‑on recruitment delivery within one of the most exciting and fast‑evolving industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the tech market while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, skill gaps, and project pipelines to offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, assess, and engage with high‑caliber tech professionals across areas such as Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, DevOps, and Cybersecurity.
  • Drive the full recruitment process, from market mapping, candidate outreach, and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline of both clients and candidates to meet short‑ and long‑term hiring goals.
  • Deliver consultative market insights to clients, advising on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a high standard of service excellence, maintaining Adecco’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to share leads, strategies, and best practices to achieve collective team success.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within tech or IT‑related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships through consultative engagement.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
  • Strong business acumen with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to balance client development with delivery execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
