Our client is a vendor of Payment and IoT products. It is seeking a Creative and Agile Product Manager to drive our in-house product lines forward. This role demands a high-energy individual who can generate novel ideas, rapidly validate them, and lead the technical execution team in a fast-moving, multi-faceted product environment.

• Creative: Ability to conceptualize innovative hardware/software product features and business models that leverage Payment and IoT to solve complex public sector and consumer problems.
• Agile: Capacity to rapidly iterate on product features, quickly process market feedback, and pivot the roadmap in response to technological opportunities or competitive shifts.

1. In-House Product Vision & Innovation: Define the strategic roadmap and product vision for one or more of STYL\'s core in-house product lines (e.g., IoT sensors, payment platforms, self-service kiosks), consistently identifying creative, market-leading innovations in the Payment/IoT space.

2. Cross-Functional Product Ownership: Serve as the primary Product Owner, managing the entire product backlog and working directly with the in-house R&D, Hardware/Software Engineering, and Operations teams to lead agile sprints and deliver high-quality, fully integrated solutions.

3. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep market research on emerging technologies (NFC, LPWAN, etc.) and competitor strategies in Payment and IoT across STYL's target markets, using these insights to fuel agile product feature prioritization and new product concept generation.

4. Hardware-Software Integration Management: Oversee the development and integration of both the physical hardware (e.g., payment devices, sensors) and the supporting backend software (e.g., mobile apps, data platforms), ensuring a seamless and reliable end-to-end user experience.

5. Go-to-Market Strategy & Readiness: Develop and execute creative Go-to-Market plans in close partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams, defining the value proposition and pricing structure for new products and releases.

1. Product Management Experience (Payment/IoT): Proven track record as a Product Manager with significant experience working with integrated hardware and software products, particularly within the Payment or Internet of Things (IoT) domain.

2. Creative Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach product challenges with novel and unconventional solutions, leading to successful product differentiation and market impact.

3. Agile Methodologies Mastery: Expert-level knowledge and practical experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage product backlogs, sprints, and feature delivery in a fast-paced environment.

4. Technical Literacy (Hardware & Software): Strong technical foundation necessary to understand system architecture, manufacturing timelines, and technical dependencies relating to both embedded systems/hardware and cloud/mobile software.

5. Commercial Acumen & Communication: Excellent skills in developing clear business cases, managing product P&L elements, and communicating complex technical concepts and product decisions effectively to all levels of the organization.
