A leading technology consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the management of GenAI Chatbot and related innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in digital product management, preferably in healthcare IT.   • Lead the end‑to‑end product management of GenAI Chatbot and Innovation initiatives, including strategy, planning, and execution
  • Manage feature prioritisation discussions with stakeholders across the organization
  • Translate business and clinical needs into product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Validate requirements by working closely with design, engineering, and clinical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and user needs
  • Oversee the development of appropriate use cases to inform and validate requirements, with a focus on usability, safety, and efficiency
  • Develop requirements traceability and monitor fulfilment of agreed requirements
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, policy, operations) to deliver enhancements and innovative solutions
  • Support preparation of business cases, funding papers, and process models to enable product roll‑out
  • Monitor product adoption, user feedback, and innovation opportunities, making recommendations for future improvements
  • Act as a key liaison for national‑level discussions on digital innovation, ensuring GenAI Chatbot and related products evolve with emerging needs and technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Business, Healthcare Management, or related discipline
  • At least 8 to 12 years of experience in product management or solution delivery, preferably in healthcare IT, digital health, or large‑scale information systems
  • Proven track record in managing user‑centric digital products, including chatbot or AI‑enabled platforms, from conception to deployment
  • Strong ability to translate strategic direction and clinical needs into clear product roadmaps and deliverables
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups such as clinicians, policymakers, and engineers
  • Self‑motivated, driven, and able to multi‑task in complex environment
  • Experience in managing innovative solutions or emerging technologies within healthcare settings is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications in Product Management, Agile methodologies, or ITIL Service Management will be an added advantage
