• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and customer trends.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.

• Supervise the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.

• Plan and manage promotional events, trade shows, and brand partnerships.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate detailed marketing reports.

• Manage and mentor a marketing team to achieve high performance and creativity.

• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Stay updated with the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).

• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, etc.).

• Excellent understanding of brand management, market segmentation, and consumer behavior.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Experience working in the Asia-Pacific market will be an added advantage.

• Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)

• Occasional flexibility required during campaigns or events.

• Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
