- Design and develop Java Spring microservice applications with robust architecture.
- Own end-to-end system design and architectural decisions in collaboration with PMs and project leads.
- Coordinate across technical teams to ensure smooth project lifecycle execution.
- Translate business needs into scalable, compliant, and secure backend systems.
- Conduct architecture reviews, identify system risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Collaborate across global time zones, ensuring effective communication and progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of software development experience, with proven backend system architecture ownership.
- Deep expertise in Java Spring microservices.
- Experience working on high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
- Strong communication skills — capable of bridging technical and non-technical discussions.
- Ability to thrive in hybrid or remote settings, working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Exposure or understanding of Web3 technologies or blockchain applications is a plus.
