A global leader in industrial software is seeking a Partner Program Manager in Singapore. The role requires a minimum of 5-10 years of experience with partners and channels, excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates will be responsible for partner recruitment, developing capacities, and enhancing engagement to support growth. Position Title: Partner Program Manager, India/SEA
Location: *Singapore/ Kuala Lumpur
Reports to: Channel Account Management Leader
*candidates must have the rights to work in the location listed, no relocation support will be offered
Partner to sub-region & Account Mapping in alignment with Sales & Services Leadership
Recruit, and develop Partner Capacity in the frame of the overall AVEVA Partner Network Program and Geography (Cosell-Box2)
Collaborate account sales to identify and recruit appropriate in assigned industry
Enable identified partner’s capacity and capability to support Industry Direct Account Business growth
Work with AVEVA sales & service teams to engage the right partner at the right time in a way that contributes to license sales and services strategy
Planning and Coordination with Sales Directors/Direct Account Managers (Cosell-Box2)
Primary contact for industry VAR/SSP – (Cosell-Box2)
Balance Partner Engagement Portfolio (Sell, Service, OEM, Complement) across Market
Assess how a partner could and should engage w/AVEVA
Be a defender and promoter of partner success within the AVEVA ecosystem fostering a positive AVEVA –Partner Relationship
Promote and reinforce partnership-friendly behaviors inside and outside AVEVA
Responsible to support growth of business
Campaign execution
execution of commercial campaigns through relevant partners
Partner Marketing Management
Ensure execution of partner marketing deliverables, supported by CAM.
Minimum 5-10 years related Partners and/or Channels experience with relevant education
Excellent executive communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
Strong organizational skills, and ability to develop network for cross-functional working
Display a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding goals and objectives, always self-motivated and results driven.
Sharp analytical skills and ability to process financial data into actionable results
Demonstrated relationship building and management skills
Experience with CRM such as Salesforce and Salesforce PRM, and high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, databases and analysis tools
Demonstrable value of Trust required for internal and cross-functional collaboration
Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a tight-deadline environment
Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities
Strong understanding of different cultural nuances across different APAC markets
Resonates with culture focused on Impact, Aspiration, Curiosity and Trust
