Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Accounting and full set accounting experience with a preference for SAP proficiency. This position offers a salary range of $2,800 - $3,800.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL entries.
- Ability to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely collection from clients.

Accounts Executive - Full Set / SAP
- Location: Chinatown
- Working days: Mon - Friday (830am - 530pm)
- Salary : $2,800 - $3,800
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Manage invoicing, payment processing, and ensure timely collection from clients.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- With full set accounting experience
- Proficient with SAP systems preferred
