Hr Executive à Allemagne

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.

• Coordinate and administer staff training programs, records, and course attendance.

• Manage staff dormitory arrangements, ensuring proper allocation and upkeep.

• Maintain and update staff leave records accurately in the HR system.

• Assist in HR documentation, data entry, and filing of employee records.

• Support other administrative or HR-related activities as assigned by management.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, experience in a construction or engineering environment is added advantages.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
