- Keep full set of accounts with project costing knowledge.
- Handle full spectrum of HR documentation.
Skills
Knowledge of Zero software
Knowledge of Million software
Knowledge of payroll systems
Good IT knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in Word
Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to operation and HR field.
- Keep full set of account with knowledge of project costing (accrual of cost).
- Perform monthly AP/AR/GL and track project P&L.
- Prepare sales quotations and tax invoices through software million system.
- Prepare quarterly GST and assist in yearly corporate tax preparation.
- Handle full spectrum of HR documentation including recruitment, benefit & compensation, group insurance.
- Application, cancellation and renewal of WP, issuing of WP, apply PCP, MWOC, apply coretrade for workers. ETC.
- Ensure compliance of HR practices with governmental regulations and advise management on needed actions.
- Assist and support training & development planning and execution.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Prefer candidate with knowledge of software like zero, million and payroll million software.
- Good knowledge of IT to support employees.
- Good knowledge of Word and advanced Excel.
