Summary

Job Scope
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions

  • Manage payroll processing, staff benefits, attendance tracking, and leave administration

  • Oversee work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience

  • Represent the company during employment contract signings and ensure accurate and timely documentation

  • Support key HR functions such as performance appraisals, confirmation reviews, and promotion exercises

  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions and facilitate employee training programs

  • Ensure HR practices and operations are aligned with current Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations

  • Administer employee insurance coverage, including work injury compensation and medical benefits

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR management databases

  • Assist in the formulation, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support the planning and execution of company events

  • Liaise with relevant government bodies such as MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS on HR-related matters

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years and above of relevant HR experience prefer.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and MOM statutory regulations requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
