Job description
Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g. EP, S Pass).

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Handle payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance on monthly salary processing.
  • Manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and claims.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support in organizing staff engagement activities, company events, and team-building programs.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide HR support in a timely manner.
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to improve company culture, communication, and retention.

4. Performance & Training Support

  • Assist in performance appraisal exercises and documentation.
  • Coordinate staff training, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain training records and monitor staff progress.

5. HR Reporting & Support

  • Prepare regular HR reports and assist in HR audits when required.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience; experience in the travel or service industry is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
