Our Client, one of the leading and reputable Non Profit Organisation in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Human Resources Executive.

They are located in West area – easily accessible via various modes of transport.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Ensure HR compliance with laws and regulations.
• Handle HR information requests and support HR projects/committees.

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee transfers/exits.
• Conduct screenings, reference checks, and work pass applications.
• Support recruitment strategies, career fairs, and maintain recruitment reports.

Compensation & Benefits

• Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, and payroll-related tasks.
• Maintain HRIS records, leave data, and track grants/funding.

Employee Health & Wellbeing

• Implement workplace health and wellbeing programs.

Requirements
