Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage budgets, cash flow and investments.
• Oversee accounting workflows, financial reporting, budget forecasts and payroll function.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, manage audit and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Partner with senior management and governance bodies to support financial decision-making and strategic growth.
• Lead and manage a team of finance and procurement professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Any other duties as assigned to support finance operations
Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office, experience with Northstar Club Management System is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or service-oriented industries.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in Singapore.
• Experienced in leading and motivating teams, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, able to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Well-versed in financial operations within membership-based or service-oriented organisations.
