A prominent healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an administrative support staff for the Audiology Team. The role involves handling inventory, patient queries, and conducting basic audiological assessments. On-the-job training will be provided for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the healthcare sector.
Responsabilités
- Support Audiology Team with administrative and operational duties.
- Attend to patients and handle queries.
- Conduct basic audiological assessments with training.
- Support Audiology Team in administrative, operational and clinical duties:
- Check hearing aid inventory stock
- tally invoice amount and record update
- Ensure timely stock delivery, follow up with vendor and Audiologists when needed
- Raise payment request for Audiology department purchases
- Identify invoice discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties for adjustments (e.g. PSA, Business Office, vendor, patient)
- Work with IT department for Audiology software installations and raise IT ticket when needed
- Maintain department asset list, equipment preventive maintenance record
- Assist in claim submissions and audit checking
- Attend to patients
- Handle Audiology queries and call for rescheduling when needed
- Triage patients who are referred for Audiology services
- Upload vendor reports onto hospital system (EPIC)
- Conduct basic audiological assessment (on the job training provided)
- Perform daily Audiology equipment check before daily clinic operation
- Perform Pure Tone Audiometry and Tympanometry
- Upload results onto hospital system (EPIC)
