A major healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support to HR recruiters. This role requires involvement in recruitment processes, timely reporting, and maintaining HRIS for contract updates. Candidates with a fresh diploma and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experience with SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage.
You will provide administrative support to HR Recruiters in resourcing to ensure departments' manpower needs are met. You will provide timely and quality support in the recruitment of new hires and accurate update of contract renewals and other changes in staff' employment terms in HRIS. You will also prepare timely recruitment reports and involve in any resourcing related projects as assigned.
