Job summary
A leading design firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled interior designer to develop space planning and design concepts. The role involves creating detailed construction drawings and preparing presentations. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or higher in Interior Design or Architecture, be proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, and have at least one year of relevant experience. A good portfolio to showcase previous works is required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or higher in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Must have a good portfolio showcasing works.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop a space planning and design concept.
- Create detailed construction drawings for office furniture.
- Prepare sample and material boards for presentations.
Skills
Education
- Develop a space planning, design concept, and 3D visual rendering.
- Create detailed construction drawings for Office furniture.
- Prepare sample & material boards for presentations.
- Liaise with sales personal and project manager for design requirements.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray & Adobe Software
- Must have knowledge in Revit / BIM
- Good Portfolio to showcase works
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
