Job summary

Job description
Duties
  • This individual will be a key client contact person for a portfolio of client entities.
  • Incorporation of new entities and on-boarding new business.
  • Provide guidance to clients on constitutional and procedural matters relating to Singapore entities in accordance with their articles and the Companies Act.
  • Conduct KYC and Risk Assessment for new clients.
  • Maintain company books and file changes with ACRA.
  • Ensure corporate compliance is adhered to with regard to the relevant laws and requirements in Singapore.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislations and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with banks regarding the opening and maintaining of bank accounts.
  • Draft documents and letters relating to client transactions.
  • Assist clients in administrative matters.
  • Be appointed as clients’ Nominee Director or Company Secretary.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Build strong clients, inter-company and inter-department relationships.
  • Any other tasks as directed.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • ICSA graduate, minimum Diploma or professional certification in Business Administration/Commerce/Law/IT related disciplines.
  • Min 3 years of corporate secretarial experience, including as named company secretary.
  • Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act.
  • Self-organised.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to respect agreed upon deadlines.
  • Possess decision-making skills.
  • Drive and desire to succeed and progress, someone looking to assume responsibility and develop quickly.
  • Excellent client services skills; committed to anticipating client needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
