Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful casework and group interventions in community and rehabilitation settings.
• Engage with youths and families to build trust and co-create meaningful change.
• Facilitate programmes in Youth Residential Services, Singapore Prison Service initiatives, and community outreach.
• Design and lead group sessions tailored to emotional and developmental needs.
• Take ownership of programmes from planning to impact evaluation.

Education
