Job summary
An organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional. You will manage various accounting tasks including handling sets of accounting, updating client registers, and tracking government funds. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, is proficient in MS Office, and has knowledge of MYOB Accounting. Candidates should be meticulous, organized, and possess a good attitude to effectively work with the team.
Qualifications
- Preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage partial to full sets of accounting.
- Manage Fixed Assets registers.
- Monthly client register updates.
- Track Government Subvention Disbursement.
- Update resident’s funds.
- Prepare audit schedules for annual audit.

Reporting to Head of Finance & Admin and working closely with our accounts and admin team, you will be responsible for:
- Handle and manage partial to full sets of accounting, include Assets and Liabilities submission.
- Manage Fixed Assets registers.
- Monthly client register updates for clients (AR).
- Tracking of Government Subvention Disbursement.
- Resident’s funds updates.
- Prepare audit schedules for annual audit.
Other Ad-hoc matters
- Preferably with at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system will be an advantage.
- Meticulous and organised, a good team player with good attitude.
