Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide both personal and sales support to the Director. The successful candidate will oversee various projects, manage the Director's calendar and travel arrangements, and prepare materials for important meetings. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business and experience in Corporate Governance are essential. This position offers a competitive salary between $3,000 and $4,800, along with bonuses, and requires attendance on overseas business trips as needed.

Requirements (Must Fulfill All 5)
  1. Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience in Corporate Governance.
  3. This role is required to assist director in completing some sales support duties.
  4. This role is required to attend overseas business trip with Director & Other Shareholders.
  5. JB Day Trip | KL 1 to 2 Days | Bangkok 3-5 Days | Few Trips a Year [Depends on Business Need]
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee various projects assigned by the Director across diverse business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, managing interconnected activities and relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) for various projects.
  • Balance the interests of the company's stakeholders, including shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government, and the community.
  • Manage Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules, facilitating appointments, securing necessary equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for local, regional, and international meetings/presentations, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate records of materials and meeting minutes.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the Director, including coordinating the operations of the Director’s office.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
