Product Manager - Payment Network
Job summary
A staffing service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate experienced in payment systems to support their global payment network integration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in payment or fintech roles. Responsibilities include coordination with partners, monitoring network performance, and conducting market research. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of working experience in payment, fintech, or internet-related product roles.
- Basic understanding of payment ecosystems such as card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers.
- Familiar with project or product management processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the integration and expansion of the global payment network.
- Work closely with internal product managers and engineers.
- Coordinate with partners to collect business and technical requirements.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing payment network performance.
- Conduct market research on payment methods and new technologies.
Skills
Education
- Support the integration and expansion of the global payment network by connecting with payment partners such as PSPs, banks, and eWallet providers.
- Work closely with internal product managers and engineers to execute partner onboarding, integration testing, and go-live follow-ups.
- Coordinate with partners to collect business and technical requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing payment network performance, including monitoring transaction success rates and resolving operational issues.
- Conduct market research on payment methods and new technologies to support business expansion.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-2 years of working experience in payment, fintech, or internet-related product roles.
- Basic understanding of payment ecosystems such as card acquiring/issuing, eWallets, bank transfers, and local payment methods.
- Familiar with project or product management processes, including requirement collection, coordination, and testing.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, or financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience in API integration or payment channel testing.
- Interest in payment technology, fintech products, and global commerce.
