About the Role
Our client, a global events platform within the FinTech ecosystem, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand recognition, maximize reach, and optimize ROI. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy aligned with brand voice, objectives and communications cadence
- Own and optimise key marketing channels including social media, performance marketing and marketing partnerships
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, excitement and revenue growth
- Ensure high-quality execution and delivery across all marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Design, Sponsorship, Speakers, Community and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns
- Drive innovation within the marketing function through new tools, technologies and structured approaches
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies across web3, AI and FinTech
Our Ideal Candidate
- 5–10+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Partnership roles within Web3.
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on growth, ROI and impact
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Highly resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal teams.
