Job summary
A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager for Operational Support Services. The role involves managing facilities, overseeing preventive maintenance of biomedical equipment, and coordinating project development within budget. The ideal candidate holds a degree in relevant fields and possesses strong project management skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experiences.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the facilities of the NUP polyclinics.
- Assist with contract management and project management work processes.
- Prepare proposals and establish budgets for new works.
