A prominent hotel in Singapore is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure exceptional guest service and front office management. The role involves responding to guest issues, supporting the Front Office team, and adhering to service standards. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in hotel operations and a diploma. Ideally you have minimum 2 years of working experience in a Supervisory Role in a hotel Front Office department. You have a minimum qualification of Diploma in any aspect and is able to work rotational shift, including night shift.
