The Cleaning Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all cleaning and janitorial activities to ensure that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. The role involves supervising cleaning staff, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements, and maintaining adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure all assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Assign duties and monitor the performance of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and safety protocols are met.
  • Train, guide, and motivate cleaning personnel in the use of cleaning tools, materials, and best practices.
  • Prepare and manage cleaning schedules, rosters, and shift plans.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure timely ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Address client feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues or facility damages to management for timely repairs.
  • Coordinate with management and clients for special cleaning tasks or event preparations.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities, inspections, and supplies usage.
