A leading digital management firm in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager for its Data Centre operations. The role involves supervising maintenance, ensuring service commitments, and handling customer requests efficiently. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant field, possess at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, and be willing to work in shifts. This position entails performing on-site tasks in a critical environment to ensure uninterrupted service for customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in working in similar role in critical environment facilities.
  • Relevant Data Centre Training such as Uptime Institute, DCD, EPI, or CNET Data Centre courses.
  • Facility project planning and management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise vendors for maintenance and repair works.
  • Carry out daily equipment inspections and checklists verification.
  • Process billing of completed Customer Service Requests.
  • Provide on-site 24x7 first level response to any M&E incident.

Skills

Technical knowledge in facilities management
Strong customer orientation
Effective report writing skills
Ability to read electrical, mechanical and single-line diagrams
Willing to do shift work

Education

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Integrated Facility Design & Management
