Job summary

Job Description
  • Shall be responsible for the complete contract administration, including the preparation of tender specifications and tender documents for facilities related contracts, and provide contract administration and documentation support for the maintenance contracts and other service contracts as and when required by the Authority.
  • Shall also be responsible to assist the Authority with regards to the complete Invitation to Quote/ Tender (ITQ/ ITT) administration, including the preparation of ITQ/ ITT specifications and quotation documents for other works as and when required by the Authority.
  • Shall comply with government procurement procedures of calling tender and recommending the award of contract. This includes:
  1. Prepare budgetary cost estimates, pre-quotation and pre-tender estimates for the calling of quotations and/or tenders for maintenance related works and services including A&A works;
  2. Prepare and draft including reviews and amendments of specifications for inviting quotations and/ or tenders including submitting to the Authority the draft documents for vetting and approval. Attend to site visits, site show-round arrangements and quotations/ tenders queries with interested contractors;
  3. Verifying quotations, including star rate items and put up recommendations to the Authority for approval;
  4. New contracts or renewal, updates maintenance requirements for incorporation into tender specifications;
  5. Settling the final accounts with term contractors within two months for the expiry of the contract;
  6. Certification of progress payment for contractors;
  7. Monitoring and tracking of maintenance expenditure; and
  8. Preparation of maintenance budget for cost allocation and planning.
Job Requirement
  • Shall possess at minimum a Diploma or above from a recognized establishment with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
