Job summary
A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet walk-in customers, support team efforts to enhance the in-store experience, and assist with product inquiries. The ideal candidate must commit to working 5 days a week, including weekends, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Compensation of up to $14 per hour based on experience is offered.
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to 5 days per week, including at least 1 weekend.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Well-groomed presentation reflecting the brand's aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
- Support in providing a positive in-store experience.
- Answer product enquiries and assist in consultations.
