We're working with a global boutique PR and Marketing agency that focus on luxury, travel and B2C clients. They are looking for a resourceful and detail-driven PR Manager in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting compelling narratives, understands how to engage diverse audiences, and can navigate both traditional PR and digital storytelling with confidence.
You'll partner closely with a collaborative marketing and communications team to build and execute initiatives that elevate their reputation, grow media visibility, and support broader brand objectives. The right candidate brings hands‑on experience in PR or communications- ideally from an agency but could be in‑house-and is comfortable working in fast‑moving sectors such as lifestyle/luxury, travel, consumer and Fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of strategic communication plans, PR programs, and social media initiatives for assigned projects or clients
- Manage and respond to media, blogger, and industry inquiries relating to the company's offerings
- Produce presentations, timelines, research summaries, and a wide range of written materials including press releases, spokesperson messaging, newsletters, reports, digital copy, blogs, pitches, and internal communications
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and client landscapes to maintain a strong strategic foundation
- Write diverse content: social posts, press materials, bios, Q&As, data sheets, investor relations updates, creative briefs, newsletters, and more
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and creators; manage databases, coordinate meetings, oversee agreements, and support ongoing outreach
- Drive consistent media coverage across priority regions and publications
- Guide and support team members on influencer and creator engagement, content development, and campaign execution
- Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and campaign roll‑outs
- Prepare recurring client or stakeholder reports and performance summaries
- Manage annual events calendars, coordinate with event partners, identify speaking opportunities, and collaborate with creative teams to develop presentations and marketing materials
Profile
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, PR agencies, media, influencer/creator management, investor relations, or social media roles
- Exceptional writing and speaking ability; strong portfolio of published or produced work
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to operate effectively under pressure
- Creative, organised, proactive, and highly reliable, with strong client-service orientation
- Existing relationships with journalists, media outlets, and content creators
- Demonstrated success securing coverage for B2C and/or B2B brands across global media
