Job summary
A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a dedicated nurse to manage care plans for terminally ill patients in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in nursing and 3-4 years of relevant experience. This role involves home visits to provide palliative care and collaborate with a compassionate healthcare team to support patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Homecare, ICU, or Palliative nursing.
- Valid nursing qualification and registration.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage care plans for terminally ill patients.
- Make home visits to provide palliative care and support.
- Collaborate with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals.
Skills
Education
- This role will be abit more like case management – manage the care plan for the patients
- You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
- You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.v
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Min 3 to 4 years of Homecare / ICU / Palliative nursing experience
Mon to Fri, office hours
