Job summary

Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Monitor vital signs and other patient indicators.
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with bathing, wound care, and other daily needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

As a Staff Nurse (Locum), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Monitor vital signs and other patient indicators.
- Provide hands‑on care, including assistance with bathing, wound care, and other daily needs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff.
- Any other ad doc duties as assigned.
- Possess a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
