Main Responsibilities
- Supporting clients during project feasibility studies, appraisals, procurement evaluations, design reviews, construction, commissioning, and performance testing, including client presentations.
- Preparing design specifications and providing technical advice on power plant development, including configuration, performance evaluation, equipment selection, and project considerations.
- Managing technical delivery and project execution to meet standards and client expectations.
- Assisting in business development and proposal preparation, collaborating with experts as needed.
- Conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, and building business cases for new projects and services.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in the power and energy sector, preferably in plant/system design or consulting.
- Knowledge of gas turbines, CC & CHP power plants, or waste-to-energy plants.
- Experience working with public and private sector clients in Asia.
- Experience in client relationship management and business growth.
- Desired: Additional business qualification (e.g., MBA), knowledge of process systems for biofuels and waste treatment, familiarity with design software (e.g., Thermoflow, CFD), proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (Primavera, MS Project), and effective teamwork skills.
