A dynamic creative agency in Singapore is looking for a Visual Designer to drive visual engagement and support various teams. You will enhance learner engagement through compelling visuals for training materials and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for collaboration, functioning as a visual strategist. This role offers a creative environment to influence both learning and marketing goals.
The Visual Designer, Cross-Functional will be a key creative contributor supporting our Learning, Marketing, and Creative teams. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role blends design execution with strategic input. The designer will be responsible for enhancing learner engagement and ensuring visual consistency across all learning sessions, and crafting compelling visuals for training materials, marketing campaigns, and digital assets. A critical part of the role is also to identify new marketing opportunities across both traditional and social media channels. Additionally, the designer will support the XR team in a technical artist capacity.

This individual possesses a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, excels at translating ideas into efficacious designs, and is adept at identifying new market opportunities.
