Join our strategic initiative as a Project Manager, where you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

You will manage high-impact projects from end to end—overseeing budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional collaboration—while ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory frameworks.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Salary Pacakge: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and implementation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare, review, and submit official papers, reports, presentations, and documentation for Singapore Government agencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships where required.
• Ensure all project activities comply with organisational policies and government regulations.
• Provide regular project dashboards, progress updates, and reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies, including the adoption of AI and automation tools.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Certifications (preferred):

• PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2 or equivalent industry-recognised certifications.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within government or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record managing project budgets and financials.
• Experience preparing submissions and documentation for government agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
