• Create high-quality learning environments including age-appropriate learning materials.
• Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children.
• Customize classroom management strategies for individual children.
• Document and assess children's learning and development.
• Work collaboratively with families to promote consistency in care and learning.
• Cultivate partnerships with families and the community.
