Job summary

An international education provider located in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage the procurement process. This role involves sourcing items, processing orders in SAP, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies. Ideal candidates will possess a diploma, have 2-3 years' relevant experience, and have knowledge of procurement methods and SAP S4 Hana. The position requires good IT skills as well as the ability to lift and move heavy goods when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant purchasing/administration experience.
• Required to lift and move heavy/bulky goods.
• Preferred experience in the education industry.
• Knowledge of centralized purchasing functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests and review Purchase Requisitions.
• Process Purchase Orders in SAP and confirm order details.
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
• Assist in sourcing new goods locally and overseas.
• Coordinate freight arrangements and verify shipments.
