Qualifications

• Experienced in performing phlebotomy in a fast-paced environment (at least 2-5 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient blood collection using venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques.
• Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, ensuring compliance with infection control guidelines.
• Verify patient identity using two unique identifiers before any specimen collection.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately for traceability.
• Comply with all workplace safety, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and patient-centered service to clients.

Work location: West

Work schedule: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri: 8am to 4.30pm and half Sat: 8am to 12.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient blood collection using venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures with precision, professionalism, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, ensuring full compliance with infection control guidelines.
• Verify patient identity using two unique identifiers before any specimen collection or diagnostic procedure.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, ensuring traceability and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Comply with all workplace safety, hand hygiene, regulatory, and accreditation requirements applicable to laboratory operations.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and patient‑centered service to all clients, including patients, clinicians, and external partners, whether in person or over the phone.
