We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. Responsibilities

• Develop Market Intelligence Resources
  • By conducting webinars and create playbooks to provide Singapore-based cybersecurity companies with up-to-date insights on global cybersecurity landscapes, business opportunities and go-to-market strategies tailored to specified developed and developing markets.
  • Collaborate with industry experts and market analysts to ensure resources remain relevant, actionable, and reflective of the latest trends and regulatory developments.
• Programme Management and Overseas Conference Coordination
  • Coordinate and manage overseas business missions in collaboration with experienced in‑market consultants, facilitating first‑hand market exposure for participating companies.
  • Organise briefings and preparatory workshops to ensure participating companies are well‑versed in target market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and business cultures.
  • Plan and coordinate Singapore companies' participation in major international cybersecurity conferences and exhibitions.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Business Matching
  • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders, including government agencies, business leaders, potential partners, and end‑users in target markets.
  • Facilitate business matching and networking sessions to connect Singapore-based companies with qualified business leads and strategic partners abroad.
• Programme Reporting and Continuous Improvement Serve as an active ambassador
  • Collect feedback from participating companies and stakeholders to assess programme impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, case studies, and success stories to demonstrate program outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
