Trust & Safety Risk Specialist
Job summary
A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a professional to manage risk analysis and control policies. Responsibilities include resolving risk cases using tools, collaborating with product teams, and educating stakeholders to ensure policy compliance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Computer Science and at least 2 years in trust and safety operations. Excellent communication and detail-orientation are essential. The fast-paced environment requires a self-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trust & safety operations or content moderation.
- Ability to manage communication effectively in critical situations.
- Self-driven and curious to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve reported risk cases using internal platforms.
- Summarize, classify cases, and work with teams for solutions.
- Build risk control policies and educate stakeholders.
Skills
Education
- Analyze and resolve reported risk cases timely and accurately utilizing internal platforms and support tools;
- Summarize and classify the reported cases, work with product and tech teams to formulate solutions;
- Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, promoting transparency and understanding of policies, educating stakeholders to ensure compliance with the company’s processes;
- Assist in developing education programs to enhance user security awareness;
- Assist in improving internal platforms and tools.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in trust & safety operations, content moderation risk control, or policy enforcement;
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others.
