Role Summary

You are responsible to support and contribute in driving best-in-class yield and defectivity performance.

Key Responsibilities

• New/mass production yield analysis and improvement
• Product yield abnormalities systematic analysis and solutioning
• Work with modules, Integration & QRA, etc to solve product technical issues
• Product yield target goal setting and forecast
• Participate in new process development and production ramp
• Product yield improvement and related customer request support
• Wafer return electrical and physical failure analysis.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics /Material Engineering or Physics science.
• Interesting or Min 3 years of relevant work experience in modules/Process Integration/Product Engineering would be plus.
• Possess strong analytical skills, usage experience in ACEXP / JMP /Minitab
