Job summary
A leading life sciences company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Market Development Cell Biology Snr Leader to drive strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong leadership background and a knack for leveraging analytics to guide marketing strategies. Successful candidates will have over 6 years in a marketing role with a demonstrated ability to empower teams and ensure revenue growth. Qualifications
- 6+ years in a strategic/tactical marketing role.
- Experience as a people manager with direct reports of 3+ years.
- Experience in life sciences and/or product management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategy and programs.
- Drive, influence and facilitate marketing initiatives.
- Own regional revenue targets and pricing strategies.
- Develop and grow the market development team.
- Capture feedback to identify market trends and opportunities.
