Job summary
A manufacturing company in Singapore seeks an experienced R&D Engineer to lead the design of advanced connector assemblies. The successful candidate will utilize CAD software like SolidWorks for modeling, conduct technical assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines, at least two years of hands-on experience, and strong analytical skills. This permanent role operates Monday through Friday, offering a competitive salary package.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in product engineering.
- Advanced skills in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the conceptualization of advanced connector assemblies.
- Perform technical assessments and create prototypes for evaluation.
- Utilize CAD software for creating 3D models and conducting mechanical analyses.
