Manager, Psychological Services Department (1 Year Contract)

Salary Range: $3,880 - $4,800

Working Location: Near to Novena MRT

Working Hours: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8:30am to 5:30pm (Friday)

Job Description of Manager

The Manager will be part of the Psychological Services Department, for a contractual period of one year. As a manager, you will be primarily involved in supporting the outreach, communications and business processes automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

The roles of the contract manager are as follows:

  1. Providing operational and administrative support pertaining to the outreach efforts e.g., involving in primary staffing work, preparing communications broadcasts and emails to engage stakeholders and officers.

  2. Monitoring and ensuring the deliverables such as creative content and outreach materials and activities meet required standards and specifications.

  3. Serving as the main point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders, streamlining communication and minimising misalignment of requirements.

  4. Analysing business workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  5. Staying up to date with the latest automation tools, AI solutions, and software platforms that can enhance the outreach efforts and beyond.

  6. Evaluating different automation technologies for suitability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

  7. Collaborating with stakeholders to map out and design automated workflows that meet operational needs.

  8. Any other responsibilities required from the contract manager.
