Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Network Engineer to support the sales team with consultations and tailored solutions. The role demands a minimum of 5 years' experience, particularly with Cisco technologies, and proficiency in Japanese for effective communication with clients and partners. Strong consultative and business skills are essential to engage with customers and drive project success. This position focuses on achieving customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering.
- Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) required.
- Strong consultative skills to engage with varying levels of customer personnel.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and solutions to support the sales team.
- Identify customer requirements to create suitable solutions.
- Present solutions and prepare technical proposals with cost estimates.
