Key Responsibilities
- Implement Global L&D Strategies and Policies
- Implement the rollout of global Nespresso TTT programs for all markets and agent markets within SEA region inclusive of Nespresso agent market in India.
- Plan, customize and implement global programs (including e‑Learnings) as per given timeline.
- Leverage Dashboards (BCorp training KPIs, Nestlé Mandatory eLearning KPIs, Nespresso BOOST completion KPIs, etc.) and Learning Effectiveness metrics to drive the evolution of the Nestlé L&D and Nespresso CFL portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with Nespresso and Nestlé HR, L&D, and regulatory requirements in the markets.
- Submit relevant reports to Global L&D and Nespresso HQ CFL.
- Participate in projects assigned by Global L&D.
- Support the organization and the rollout of the global Nestlé and Nespresso L&D portfolios across SEA region; support on ad‑hoc data requests from market.
- Develop & drive Regional CFL and L&D Strategies
- Collaborate with relevant function business geography to understand trends, collect needs to translate into robust functional competency development framework and solutions.
- Support Functional Leaders and SMEs in the design/deployment of their Functional competency frameworks and ensure continuous update of the related contents in line with evolving business needs and professional families.
- Provide Learning & Development competence and expertise to support the design of meaningful competency building plans.
- Contribute to the building of regional global learning portfolios on the key priorities and ensure scalability across SEA region.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts in the design of standardized CFL solutions across SEA region.
- Training Programmes Design, Facilitation and Delivery
- Facilitate workshops and build facilitation skills of trainers and subject matter experts.
- Deliver Nespresso specific training programs in markets.
- Drive the development of total training plan in the markets.
- Ensure effective use of all learning technologies (BOOST, Grow, etc.) including digital to facilitate virtual learning.
- Collaborate with Nestlé Learning & Development team on training matters and implement across Nespresso SEA region.
- Ensure all requisite training activities are completed in a timely manner and in adherence to compliance requirement.
- Budget Management
- Propose and manage L&D budgets for SEA region.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Build Trainer community across markets, guide & coach the Trainers and participate in their development for the agent markets and appointed partners.
- Ensure communication of all relevant training information to HR BP's and employees’ market wide.
- Regularly meet with the Nestlé/Nespresso Learning & Development community.
- Support HRBPs in relevant HR initiatives.
- Enlist and manage external trainers, when necessary to supplement training needs and ensure quality support.
- Participate in any other appointed committees to support organisation and/or people competencies development and support in improving organisation engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of retail / hospitality trainer experience in the mid‑luxury and/or lifestyle industry at a regional capacity. Experience as a Learning Consultant is an added advantage.
- Professional training/development qualifications.
- Have a good level of business awareness and ability to adapt to various business models across Nespresso and Nestlé.
- At least 5 years development experience, including other functions experience (e.g. Marketing & Sales).
- Experience in working for a premium brand or multi‑national / multi‑channel environment with an FMCG mindset will be an added advantage.
