Job description

BIM Modeller (ACMV) /Up to $5,500

• Develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve design issues and other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc).
• Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation for ACMV works.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with Execution Plans, project workflows, and guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Building with 3 years of BIM/Revit experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) and knowledge of ACMV system layouts/documentation.

Site Supervisor (ACMV) /Up to $4,000

• Supervise site works and subcontractors’ activities.
• Coordinate across trades to align drawings and execution.
• Ensure quality, cost, and timeline compliance. Enforce WSH policies and drive safety on site.
• Inspect works, manage defects, and support handover.
• Diploma/ITE in Building/Construction with 2 years’ site supervision experience.
