Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in Telecommunication and Network management.
  • Proven skills in Security Audits.
  • Experience in designing and executing automation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure uptime of Enterprise Infrastructure and Systems.
  • Act as MPLS and SD-WAN SME for Singtel Enterprise's Global Infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership for Incident and crisis management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infra incidents related to MPLS and SD-WAN networks.
  • Manage Cyber Security Incidents and prepare reports.
  • Drive various audit outcomes like ISO 20K, ISO 27K, BCMS and SOC2.
