Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (IT) at Xcellink, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top technology talent across various specializations such as software engineering, data, cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and engage high-quality IT professionals through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking platforms.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultant to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and client needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Xcellink’s presence within the IT talent community.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sourcing or recruitment or HR experience, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
