Job Summary

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline;
• Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing large-scale systems projects;
• Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder systems integration projects;
• Must have experience managing projects using Agile methodology;
• Strong project management and leadership abilities;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Sound understanding of technical documentation and systems architecture:

Desired Skill-set

• Experience managing vendor contracts and coordinating subcontractors;
• Familiarity with cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure systems;

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate overall project activities, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, timelines, and compliance standards;
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, vendor management, and execution;
• Coordinate across internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors;
• Oversee project scope, schedules, risks, quality control, and change management;
• Ensure robust documentation, configuration control, and governance throughout the project lifecycle;
• Drive issue resolution, proactively mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with standards (e.g., company, contract, cybersecurity, operational safety);
• Accountable for successful planning, execution, and timely delivery across design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
